Sistemul de date \u0219i raportare pentru imagistica mamar\u0103<\/strong><\/p>

Codurile BI-RADS sunt indicate \u00een constat\u0103rile medicale. Este un sistem de raportare orientat c\u0103tre gestionare \u0219i decizie, implementat \u00een anii 1990, care define\u0219te procedura de diagnosticare ulterioar\u0103 \u00een func\u021bie de prezen\u021ba modific\u0103rilor prezente pe examenele imagistice.<\/span><\/p>

\u00cen total, exist\u0103 7 categorii diferite.<\/span><\/p>

CATEGORIA 0<\/span><\/p>

Procedura de diagnosticare este incomplet\u0103 \u0219i necesit\u0103 examin\u0103ri suplimentare, de exemplu o ecografie, cli\u0219ee mamografice suplimentare sau chiar IRM<\/span><\/p>

CATEGORIA 1<\/span><\/p>

rezultat negativ, adic\u0103 totul este normal<\/span><\/p>

CATEGORIA 2<\/span><\/p>

examene cu rezultate benigne<\/span><\/p>

CATEGORIA 3<\/span><\/p>

examene cu o probabilitate ridicat\u0103 de rezultate benigne; de regul\u0103, examin\u0103rile de urm\u0103rire sunt recomandate \u00eentr-un interval de 6 luni<\/span><\/p>

CATEGORIA 4<\/span><\/p>

modific\u0103ri suspecte ale imaginilor, care recomand\u0103 realizarea unei biopsii\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

CATEGORIA 5<\/span><\/p>

Probabilitate foarte mare ca imaginea sa fie dat\u0103 de o modificare malign\u0103 a \u021besutului; este necesar\u0103 biopsia<\/span><\/p>

CATEGORIA 6<\/span><\/p>
