Medication from the pharmacy

Pharmacies often do not stock cancer treatment drugs. This is because they are usually very expensive (for the pharmacy, not for you) and which ones are needed varies widely.

However, every pharmacy can order the medicines you need!

Therefore, on the day you receive your prescription, immediately call your local pharmacy and ask them to order the prescribed medicine for you. It is best to always go to the same pharmacy. Let them know when you are due to start your treatment. Some pharmacies ask you to send them the scanned prescription by e-mail or fax. In any case, you must bring the original prescription with you on the day of collection. Your pharmacist will order your medication for you in time to prevent unnecessary delays in starting your therapy.
