Mandalas

Colouring in has long since ceased to be a matter for children! Countless managers and executives use mandalas as a source of energy and strength. What has been a trend in America for a long time is also gaining popularity here in Europe and can be a good support for cancer patients. Originally, mandala colouring was practised by Tibetan monks. In Europe, the Swiss psychiatrist C.G. Jung (1875 – 1961) was convinced of the positive influence of spirituality on human health. Jung recognised that the qualities of mandalas can influence the inner self and have a positive and healing effect on the psyche and the subconscious. In addition, colouring gives strength and energy. It helps to free oneself from repressed, fearful and worrying thoughts.

Due to the circular, orderly, geometric and complex structure, mandalas convey a feeling of safety and security and awaken the longing for inner order. One works with joy and passion, patiently towards a concrete goal. All that counts is the moment, the here and now. In this way, you can fill up with fresh energy, which leads to inner peace and serenity after just a few minutes. You enter a meditative state, and at the same time any stress is reduced.
