This is how I create my own vision boards easily and quickly

A vision board is a powerful visualisation tool that makes it easier for you to precisely define and focus on your goals. It is a collage of images that you use to represent your goals. In connection with your cancer, you choose suitable pictures that symbolize vitality, vital strenght, energy, and joy for you. This could be your favourite flowers, warm sunlight, the image of a confident doctor, symbols like the flower of life, or something else that appeals to you. Think about and feel which images evoke these wonderful emotions to you. Everyone is different, it’s your personal associations that only you have to like. You can combine these with your own photos that show you happy, vital, and healthy.

The crucial question you should ask yourself when choosing a picture is: What feeling do I want to have? How do I want to feel? E.g.: vital, strong, and full of life

In your personal Vision Board, you are bursting with vitality and joie de vivre.

Every time you see your vision board/dream life you feel your new team member (positive feeling). That’s how you can expand your whole script of life.

On the first day of my illness, I made entries like “I’m stronger than that” or “Smile”. Since I discovered this vision board & affirmations app, it has strengthened my positive beliefs and, above all, the implementation of them in everyday life – that’s the important thing.
